01st March, 2024 About the role: The Pharmacy Business Area Manager (PBM), has an overall responsibility for understanding, developing and meeting the business standards, and seeking to enhance the overall financial performance of the Chemist Discount Centre (CDC) member pharmacies allocated to them to service and manage. Additionally, the role involves addressing members’ needs as required and actively managing the implementation of the CDC brand offering at store-level.
Provide leadership and work with business owners and key stakeholders to set goals and develop meaningful business plans to improve their business. Liaise with the greater Platform Alliance Group team members to provide feedback and assist in the delivery of relevant brand initiatives. Ensure all relevant documentation is kept up-to-date and departments within the Platform Alliance Group are informed of any changes.
