Key Purpose: Serco is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Manager to join our Facility Management team in Western Australia, specifically in the Commercial Cleaning Contracts. This critical role is responsible for service delivery excellence, operational compliance, financial performance and effective team performance management. Skills
- Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with senior-level clients.
- Leadership: Decisive leadership skills with the ability to create and manage effective, engaged teams.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business systems and procedures.
- Multitasking: Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and meeting project deadlines with limited resources.
- Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to clients.
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience managing a portfolio of service contracts.
- Proven accountability for diverse functions in complex environments.
- Relevant degree or qualification, or equivalent work experience.
