This role suits a flexible, motivated, and self-sufficient Pharmacist who enjoys a variety of duties whilst leading an experienced team to achieve business objectives.Are you a strong people leader with a passion for health care? We are seeking an experienced and qualified Pharmacist to lead the day-to-day operations of this busy dispensary and provide health services such as medical checks, vaccinations, hearing checks, and more.Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Model professional, considerate, and supportive management behaviour
- High Volume Dispensing: Manage a busy pharmacy with a high dispensary volume
- Customer Focus: Ensure customer service is a priority for all team members
- Team Management: Lead a team including Pharmacists, Dispensary Technician, and pharmacy assistants
- Coaching and Mentoring: Develop, coach, and mentor the team to achieve excellence
- Detail-Oriented Dispensing: Maintain high levels of attention to detail in the dispensary
- Multi-Skilling and Delegation: Ensure smooth running of the business by multi-skilling and delegating tasks
- Health Advice: Share advice and information with the team and customers to ensure the best health care is always front of mind
- Registered AHPRA Pharmacist authorised to work in Australia
- Experience with handling 300+ scripts per day
- Professional patient counselling skills
