AddressPharmacy 777 Administration is looking for a highly organised Project Manager who has project management and leadership experience. The role is based at our Admin office in Osborne Park. Onsite free parking is available as well as convenient public transport options. We are located within walking distance from cafes and the Herdsman Lake Regional Park.
This position is on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
Role Responsibilities:
- Define and manage project delivery schedule and project plan management for assigned tasks.
- Develop and Manage Scope of Works for projects and activities.
- Provide technical advice in the design, development of pharmacy fit-outs and upgrades.
- Provide technical advice in maintenance and emergency repairs to pharmacy assets.
- Oversee SOW delivery and project budget management for contractors.
- Provide pre-sales advice to Franchisees.
- Provide direction on key decisions, ensuring stakeholders & business sponsors’ expectations are managed and maintained.
- Manage PMO forecasts and cost projections.
- Ensure PMO and Project Services assets used for Onboarding and Health Services support are up to date and accurate.
- Ensure billing and invoices are correct and on time/budget in line with time records
Skills & Experience Required:
- High level of proficiency in building processes and procedures
- Sound professional communication skills
- Considerable experience in administrative tasks and integrity maintenance
- Experience in the use of Excel and Microsoft suite
- Experience in Pharmacy or Retail Industries is desired
