About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced full-time Retail Manager to join our pharmacy in Thuringowa, QLD. We are a pharmacy that have a focus on community engagement and ensuring that they offer the best healthcare service so as to become the local communities first stop for health services and advice for their families!! As Retail Manager, you will be required to assist customers, process sales, create and co-ordinate events and implement business strategies, all while working closely alongside an owner operator. You would be responsible for engaging with the local community, local health groups and developing and implementing health programs and events. You will be responsible for working closely with the owner to achieve business profit outcomes.

- You have at least 3 years+ experience as a Retail Manager
- Level 4 Certificate in Community Pharmacy preferred (not essential)
