Your Opportunity:

Philips challenges you to use your outstanding clinical, technical, and business skills coupled with your extensive sales/business development expertise, to take on this multifaceted role that will allow you to work with groundbreaking technology daily. As the Customer Lifecyle Value Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall growth of our medical imaging & ultrasound business, working with existing customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Your primary focus will be to promote additional Philips upgrades, services & solutions within its existing customer base and improve customer satisfaction. Utilizing your expertise in business and clinical understanding, you will support the Modality Business Managers in executing the lifecycle offers available for the business to offer customers. You will also work in partnership with Account Managers to generate commercially compelling & profitable offerings that fit within the marketing strategy and respond to customer needs.

This is an exciting and diverse role that will also include providing Customer Lifecycle Value program support to customers, Account Managers and Business Managers throughout the post-sale relationship with the customers.

Your Team:

You will report to the Service Commercial Manager for Australia & NZ and work closely with a team of passionate and enthusiastic Accounts Managers, all playing a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our install base.

More broadly, you will be working as part of the Philips team and have daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders across the business, allowing you to continue exercising your clinical expertise whilst taking your customer focus and relationship-building skills to the next level.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You bring Commercial experience in a Sales or Business Development role, with a track record in improving sales performance.

  • Exceptional presentation and training skills

  • Outstanding relationship building and communication skills

  • High levels of motivation, energy, and an aim to achieve results

  • Medical imaging technologist degree or similar (preferred but not essential)

  • Willingness to travel within Australia & NZ to meet with customers & train team
