Role Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Manager/Intake to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The main responsibilities include conducting medical history assessments over the phone, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining flexibility and availability in your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical history assessments over the phone to determine client suitability for IV vitamin therapy.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
- Maintain flexibility and availability in your schedule to accommodate client needs and business requirements.
Key Requirements:
- You will be a subcontractor who will invoice us and need an ABN, don't worry if this scares you! We will help you with the process and talk it through and support you all the way (you'll never feel alone!)
- Registered RN or Paramedic with AHPRA registration.
- Experience in conducting medical assessments and managing client intake processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills (aka you need to be good and comfortable around professional emails, admin and working from your laptop!).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and availability to work varied hours as needed - work it around your current job.
- Occasionally may be asked to come to in-person events - Travel Fees + Hourly Rate or Treatment rate will be paid.
