Job description

Location: Pick up Booth from Preston, Drive & work at various locations in Victoria. 

Ghost Booth Events is looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and bubbly Photo Booth Attendants to join our growing team. The role has an opportunity to grow into self-managing role.

Ghost Booth Events, the customised event experience has been operating a unique Photo Booth and signage hire experience in Melbourne since 2017. We take pride in our sleek, modern booths and exceptional customer service.

Essential Requirements (or willing to obtain)

  • Access to your own car (preferable if you can flatten seats or have ample boot space)
  • First Aid

Essential skills:

  • Excellent people skills and personal presentation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to work unsupervised for extended periods.
  • Appreciation for the unique team environment at events to collectively create event success with other suppliers.
  • The ability to actively seek out ways to improve our guest and client experiences.
  • An old-school approach to customer service.
  • Australian driver’s license.
  • Attendants must be fit and healthy as some heavy lifting is required.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.

The role includes:

  • Delivery, set up and pack down of the Photo Booth following Ghost Booth Events procedures.
  • Assisting clients and guests during the event with their Photo Booth queries.
  • Taking care of the customer’s guest book and assisting guests.
  • Liaising with venue staff on the day to ensure all details are correct.
  • Being on your feet for extended periods.
  • A fantastic attitude and genuine desire to create an incredible event experience.
  • Finally, showing the utmost respect for each and every customer’s once in a lifetime celebration.

Bonus:

  • Experience with Photography
  • Basic tech knowledge of connecting a computer / troubleshooting
  • Social Media posting
