**Role Overview:**
As a Family & Newborn Photographer with In-Person Sales expertise, you'll have the opportunity to blend your creative talents with your interpersonal skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting captivating and memorable photoshoots for families, newborns, and children.
- Ensuring a seamless client experience from booking to delivery, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Guiding clients through the selection and purchase of prints, albums, and other photographic products during in-person sales sessions.
**Key Requirements:**
-Experience as a newborns/ families photographer for a minimum of 3 years
-Experience photographing both in studio and on location
-Preferred experience working in a fast paced photography studio
-Proficient with Mac
-Experience using photoshop preferred but not essential for the role
-Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds
-Confidence in conducting in-person sales presentations and upselling products to meet client needs
- Proficiency in relevant photography software and editing tools

- Competitive compensation package with opportunities for commission based on sales performance. We run multiple sessions a day, these sessions are paid as full sessions at $175, mini sessions at $75 per shoot.
