While photography knowledge is part of the job, we need someone with outstanding interpersonal skills who is positive, upbeat, and super organised. People management experience is essential.

If you're the School Photography Manager we're looking for you to:

• Have outstanding interpersonal skills and management experience
• Be self motivated, driven, experienced at delivering training, 
• Managing and motivating a team of photographers
• Promote the inclusive and supportive culture 
• Have excellent organisation skills and be able to work on a large variety of tasks each day
• Be great at problem solving and have an analytical brain 
• Manage photography calendar 
• Have superior customer service skills 
• Be able to give constructive feedback to ensure your team is producing consistently high quality work
• Be inspired, passionate and motivated
• Be an honest, hardworking Team Player who enjoys getting things done
• Be ready to energise and push yourself and others to achieve
• Have a Blue Card or can commence process to obtain one

Any experience in the School Photography industry is desirable, but not essential

People management skills are essential
