Are you a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist looking for a short-term opportunity to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a locum Physiotherapist to join an aged care facility near the beautiful Jervis Bay for a 4-6 week period. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in a serene coastal setting while providing essential care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for elderly residents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Educate residents and staff on exercise programs and injury prevention.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
- Proven experience in aged care or a similar setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care.
