Full-time Physiotherapist 

Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + bonus

Inspire Health is an allied health company with 3 multidisciplinary clinics based at West End, Albion & Newmarket. With three growing clinics, 60+ staff & over 2000 appointments per week, we need the assistance of another professional physiotherapist to join our team and help service our growing community!

About this role;

This role is designed for a physiotherapist with minimum 4-5 years experience who is looking to join a well-established multidisciplinary allied health team with a proven track record of getting results with our clientele. The successful applicant will be working closely with the allied health team with a very strong focus on professional development. The right applicant will display a passion for helping people improve their health and wellness and thrive in a fast-paced, outcome focused environment. 

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied level of responsibilities which include but are not limited to;

• Delivery of high quality physiotherapy services to a wide range of clients
• Delivery of high quality customer care and customer service
• High levels of integrated multidisciplinary treatment and case study collaboration within our professional team 
• Delivery of physiotherapy services to established sporting networks within the Inspire Sports Community 
• The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to progress their career within the allied health industry and be given access to Inspire’s existing sporting, rehabilitative and general population networks to aid in growing and diversifying your client list.

We are looking for applicants who are ready to build and expand their future career opportunities and diversify their professional skillset. This role comes with the specific need to service one of Inspire's biggest sporting networks by providing high quality collaborative physiotherapy services and coordinating the wider rehabilitation team to ensure great outcomes for players and external stakeholders.

The right candidate will possess the following skills & experience;

• Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports injury cases is an advantage
• Experience in working with other allied health and medical practitioners in delivering integrated services is highly desirable
• Show evidence of proactive professional development
• Full AHPRA registration, APA Membership and insurance
• Dry needling, Pilates or other qualifications are highly regarded
