The Southern Moreton Bay Islands (SMBI) are islands located off the coast of Redland Bay that are only accessible by ferry or barge, that gives unique opportunities for health service delivery. SMBI Community Partnership Service (CPS) is a small multi-disciplinary team that seeks to improve the SMBI residents’ access to high quality safe and equity driven community care that is delivered closer to home.

About the Role
- Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to physiotherapy complex decision making with only occasional clinical/professional supervision.
- Adapt routine clinical practice as required based on clinical evidence with minimal supervision and a high degree of independence.
- Assist in the identification, development, implementation and/or review of clinical practices, procedures and protocols in work areas using the principles of evidence based practice under the guidance of senior staff.
