Your Role and Impact:
  • Conducting pre- and post-operative assessments and therapy sessions with patients and liaising with their surgeon, general practitioners, acute facility medical teams and next of kin where applicable.
  • Creating a treatment plan aligned with post-operative protocols and, carrying out therapy sessions and ongoing planning to ensure goals are met. These therapy sessions may take the form of face-to-face or telehealth depending on the participant’s program type.
  • Supporting a diverse caseload of neurological, progressive neurological and disability participants. Our caseloads include participants with multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, post-stroke, amputations, motor neuron disease and many more conditions.
  • You will assess participant needs, design, and implement appropriate therapy plans and interventions, trial and prescribe appropriate assistive technology, and advocate on their behalf.

About You:
  • A degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
  • Alignment with our core values.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Relevant employment checks.
