REDiMED Healthcare Group is looking for a Senior Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist) to join its 2hands Upper Limb Clinic. The role is a permanent full-time position and location is flexible depending on where you live to limit travel. The Criteria
Suitable candidates must address the following criteria in a covering letter;
- Tertiary qualification within Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Full AHPRA registration
- Relevant experience in assessment, planning and intervention in the area of hand and upper limb, including diagnosis, orthoses fabrication, treatment and discharge planning at a senior level
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical development and quality improvement
- High level time management and communication skills
- Working toward Accredited Hand Therapist recognition through the AHTA (desirable)
- Experience supervising graduate, experienced therapists or students (desirable)
