Aegis Ellenvale provides quality care and services for up to 140 residents in a welcoming and modern environment.The role offers an opportunity to provide high quality, evidence-based Physiotherapy servicesAs a Physiotherapist with Aegis, no two days will look the same! You will benefit from a diverse caseload that allows you to apply a broad range of your core skills. Including but not limited to assessing, monitoring, and making recommendations in relation to:
- Falls, Prevention, trending, analysis, management, and post-fall review.
- Musculoskeletal, assessment and management.
- Evidence-based pain management (acute and chronic).
- Mobility.
- Exercise prescription (Physitrack subscription available).
- Functional retraining and rehabilitation.
- Equipment provision.
- Promote health and education around Cardiovascular and Respiratory rehabilitation.
- Continence, bowel, and pelvic health.
- Positioning.
- Manuel tasks and transfers.
- Oedema Management.
- Advocate for Residents through supporting choice and mitigating risk processes.
- Training and Education.
- Quality monitoring practices and continuous improvement.

- Physiotherapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
- Have a full Australian working rights and be able to pass national police clearance.
- Possess a valid Drivers Licence.
