We are seeking a Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our close-knit team at The Movement Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, tailoring personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their physical health goals. You will play an integral role in improving our clients' lives and contributing to our supportive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage and build on our large existing client base by developing a loyal caseload
- Treat sports and spinal injuries
- Construct and implement exercise programs
- Provide a holistic approach to client care via the identification of the underlying causes of injury with a focus on optimal lifelong physical health
- Develop excellent rapport with your clients
- Participate in marketing by educating our community
- Liaise with local GP's, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, personal trainers, sports coaches and sport teams
- Demonstrate a commitment to improving your knowledge and clinical skills
- Participate in our regular Professional Development sessions
The successful applicant may be early career, or an experienced clinician. Most importantly, they will be friendly, have excellent communication skills, and be a good team player who is passionate about private practice. We expect that our staff are driven in their pursuit for knowledge and development and always aspiring to achieve great clinical outcomes for our patients.
- AHPRA registration and qualification in Physiotherapy
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport quickly
- You can demonstrate the application of sound clinical reasoning skills
- You are committed to improving your own knowledge and clinical skills
- You are self-motivated and organised
