As a Physio within this organisation, your primary role will involve providing therapeutic interventions and providing strategic advice in: Home modification, complex AT, ECI, ILO and STA to enhance the life and well-being of patients while fostering meaningful and lasting connections.
Our client has a range of facility and client locations spanning from Clarkson to Mandurah.

About the Role:
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to augment participants' daily living capabilities, self-reliance, and engagement within the community.
- Engage in productive teamwork with fellow healthcare professionals, family members, and support personnel to guarantee the delivery of comprehensive and well-coordinated care.
- Conducting thorough patient assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of their individual needs.
- Developing and implementing customised therapeutic programs for both group and individual requirements, addressing residents' specific physical, mental, and social needs.
- Generate progress reports and uphold precise and timely documentation of service delivery in accordance with NDIS regulations and standards.
- Provide educated and evidenced based home modification, Complex AT, ECI, ILO and STA care plans.

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Therapy.
- Maintain current, unrestricted registration as an relevant governing body.
- Possess a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one within six months of validity.
- Demonstrate a high level of expertise in specialist assessment and the delivery of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
- Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for allied health, particularly within the NDIS and community sector.
- Demonstrate the ability to assess patients' strengths and abilities and effectively align them with your suggested care plan.
- Showcase proficiency in communication, both through information technology and in written and verbal forms, along with excellent interpersonal skills for effective engagement with a diverse range of individuals.
