We are currently seeking a team member for the Family Connect Support Program. In this role you will work collaboratively with services to provide an integrated service response that supports families to resolve issues, promotes child wellbeing, prevents escalation to crisis, and fosters the development of supportive, protective, and nurturing environments for children and young people.
There is opportunity to extend this role with the delivery of high-quality Carer Development tasks within a defined work area undertaking assessments and reviews for foster carers in the Goulburn area.

The ideal person we are looking for will be required to:
- Demonstrate personal and professional ethics.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team case consultation.
- Complete necessary data collection, case notes, client records and other administrative duties within a timely manner.
- Assist in the maintenance of client records to meet privacy, confidentiality and security standards, client file audits and transfer of files.
- Liaise with internal and external professionals to complete assessments, reviews or make referrals.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and key stakeholders for the purpose of developing and maintaining effective service delivery.
- Carry out general office and driving duties.
- Maintain professional knowledge and continue to develop knowledge and expertise in relation to professional skills and professional legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Follow and comply with all MCCG policy and procedures.
- Participate in professional supervision, probation and annual reviews.
- Complete HR forms/reports, including timesheets.
To be considered for this role you will also be required to hold:
- A current driver’s licence
- A NSW Working with Children Check
You will also be required to undergo a National Police Check.
