What You Will Be Doing
This Grade 2 Physiotherapy role will be working within the multidisciplinary At Home Subacute team to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes for people in their homes and community settings. There is a strong emphasis on providing excellent evidenced based practice treatment, with a multidisciplinary team approach for person centred care. Care will be delivered within neurological, orthopaedic, general rehabilitation, GEM and palliative care streams.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• A current registration with AHPRA (essential)
• Hold a current Victoria Drivers License (essential)
• Experience working in inpatient or community rehabilitation (desirable)

*Please refer to salary circular for Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
