- Conduct physical, mobility and seating assessments in line with DAG on admission, scheduled review and a need basis
- Formulate and review short- and long-term goals for residents mobility
- Conduct falls risks assessments
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to document and implement effective person centred care
- Evaluate and review group and one on one interventions
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and current AHPRA registration
- Experience leading teams, motivating others and collaborating to achieve objectives
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
- NDIS Screen (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
- Evidence of Covid-19 and Flu (2024) Vaccinations
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical
