What you’ll do
You will work in a small team of In-patient and Out-patient Physiotherapists, whose primary clinical interest is neuro-spinal care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and outcomes. Services are delivered at SJOG Subi, SJOG Murdoch and The Mount Hospital as well as two out-patient clinics (both conveniently located).
- Provide cohesive treatment of brain and spine injuries, trauma and disease using your clinical skills and knowledge
- Be responsible for managing your own caseload
- Liaison with surgeons, doctors, and other health professionals to drive positive outcomes for patients

Who we are
The Neurospine Institute is a multi-disciplinary specialist practice that provides neuro-spinal surgery services in Western Australia. Our dedicated team at Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation provide Physiotherapy services to support the Surgeons in providing cohesive treatment of brain and spine injuries, trauma and disease. We are passionate about health, striving to enable the optimal function for all of our patients.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a Physiotherapist who is passionate about restoring patients to their pre-injury function. Ideally you have experience working in a hospital setting, however this is not essential, as training will be provided. You’ll also need:
- Physiotherapy Degree
- Full General AHPRA registration - Limited registration will not be accepted
- Current C Class Driver’s License
- Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
- The ability to work autonomously whilst being part of a unified team
- Good skills in problem-solving and decision making, and great time management and organisational skills
- Sound communication skills with patients, multidisciplinary team, stakeholders and colleagues
