Our clients facility boasts a vibrant community atmosphere, featuring outdoor intergenerational areas, BBQ facilities, and a café to encourage social interaction. Additionally, they offer dedicated exercise rooms, a bar, and a hair salon.
About the Role
- Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday)
- Relocation support and/or accommodation allowance available upon request
- Reporting to the Senior Therapy Team Lead, you will assess, intervene, and develop programs within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for our clients residents.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
- 5+ years experience as a Physiotherapist is essential
- Aged care experience prefrable
- Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating therapeutic programs
- Dedication to person-centered care
- Strong workload and time management abilities
- Effective teamwork skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, with the ability to adapt to clinical information systems and databases
