What You Will Be Doing
The OAHKS Navigator is a new role, implemented to support further innovation and enhancement of the service, which will ensure patients receive best practice care and have excellent experiences as they are supported to manage their osteoarthritis. The OAHKS Navigator works closely with stakeholders across the healthcare continuum to implement latest evidence-based practices, coordinate the provision of multidisciplinary care, ensure the delivery of non-surgical management is safe, personal, effective and connected and that the pathways to surgical management (where required) are efficient and seamless.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Registration with Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Proven commitment to the provision of safe, personal, effective and connected care.
• Demonstrated capacity to provide physiotherapy services within OAHKS.
• Expert knowledge, skills and experience in the management of osteoarthritis and demonstrated commitment to the ongoing development and maintenance of the highest professional standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven clinical leadership within an interdisciplinary team.
• Previous involvement in quality and/or research projects
• Demonstrated ability to constructively communicate concerns and issues and to identify, and negotiate practical solutions to problems

*Please refer to salary circular for Victorian Public Health Sector (Health Professionals, Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Officers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
