About the Job
As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, you will provide support to injured workers to help them restore their highest level of functional performance for a safe and sustainable return to work either at a new or existing employer. This may include worksite assessments to evaluate job demands and identify potential modifications for a safe return to work. You will be enrolled in a tailored induction program to help you learn the role; you will also continue to receive ongoing support with coaching and mentoring. You will receive excellent rates of pay and bonuses, as well as the opportunity to work hybrid.
What you will need to succeed
You may be an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant or an allied health professional with a passion for occupational health. Although knowledge and understanding of Workers' Compensation and injury management are desired, full training will be provided. What's most important is that you are passionate about providing an exceptional service for the clients in your care.
- All levels of experience are encouraged to apply including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Osteopathy, Psychologist (provisional or fully registered), OTs and Rehab Counsellors
- Registration/accreditation with relevant professional bodies
