KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high quality physiotherapy services in Aged Care and Community
- Work with great staff and supportive work environment
- Provide Comprehensive Allied Health assessment and care planning for residents living in RACF
- Provide Collaborative Falls Management Intervention including Exercise Programs
- Assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders
- Work with clients and other health professionals with multidisciplinary care
- Provide rehabilitation programs to clients using evidence-based practice
- Demonstrate a high level of evidence-based practice and shared decision making
- Prescribe exercises and assistive equipment to assist with mobility and movement
- Option to provide physiotherapy in the community to clients receiving funding through Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and the NDIS.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- AHPRA Registration or working towards one
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Current national police check and NDIS Workers Screening (or willing to attain)
- Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $20 million cover
- Fully vaccinated
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Physiotherapist to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. New graduates are welcome and will be well supported in the role.
