Contract Duration: 4 Weeks (Potential to extend)
Salary: Up to $55 per hour + Superannuation
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Temporary Physiotherapist to join our team, providing exceptional care across multiple aged care facilities in Launceston. This is a 4-week contract position with a high possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and physical function.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and use of equipment.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on therapeutic exercises and mobility strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
