The Role
- Efficiently pick products from designated shelves or storage areas based on order sheets.
- Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle all products with care to prevent damage or contamination.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Casual, Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week.
- Competitive hourly rates: $29 - $33.40 per hour plus superannuation.
- Achieve work-life balance with no weekend work required.

- Located in Brisbane Southside with free onsite parking.
- Be flexible to work day shift (5.45am start) for 5-6 weeks training and then transition to afternoon shift (2.30pm start).
- Have previous pick packing experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Express enthusiasm for repetitive tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have basic computer skills for data entry and order tracking.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated medical manufacturing environment.
- Have a positive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute.
- Meet all additional criteria as determined during the selection process.
