We require an exceptional Pick-Packer to help us with the pick, pack and dispatching of our medical product consumables.

Your core tasks in this role involve

• Picking and packing of orders with excellent attention to detail because our customers expect it
• Daily loading and unloading of couriers to keep things moving - a Licence to Perform High Risk Work would help!
• Maintaining our shelves in correct order for easy access
• Prioritising workload to ensure the important tasks get done
• General housekeeping duties so that everyone benefits from a clean and tidy work environment

• At least 2 year's experience working in a warehouse environment with small lot, high turnover products - we dispatch 1000's of items each week
• An exceptional attention to detail - Our customers can't wait for the right stuff to be delivered 2nd time around
• Medium level computer skills, literacy skills and arithmetic skills - it's these skills that help get the job done right
• A current "C" class drivers license with a safe and relatively clear driving history - the public transport's not great, so you need to be able to get here on time!
• The ability get along with your work mates and communicate well with our customers - if you don't like people, then this role is definitely not for you. You'll be able to communicate in such a way that encourages and engages without there being any misunderstanding of what needs to be done
• A first rate work ethic that adds to the healthy environment we're creating
• and, you'll need to give us a return on the investment we'll make in you
