The role:
- Starting times vary between 4am - 10am - Flexibility with shift times is a must in this role.
- Monday to Friday
- 8 - 10 hour shifts
- 30+ hours a week
- Overtime available when busy
- Efficiently Bulk Pick orders using Voice Picking System.
- Use of LLOP - an electric low-level lifting and moving machine.
- Working towards and meeting company KPI's/targets
- Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding role, involving consistent lifting of 15kg+ items.
Skills and experience required for the role:
No prior experience is required for this role, as long as you can handle physical repetitive lifting, have a positive attitude, reliable, and are motived and have a desire for continuous learning & development, and can prove this. then we want you!
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime when required & ability to cope with changing work demands and a fast-changing environment
- Ability to pick and pack orders efficiently and able to meet KPIs/targets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Eagerness to Learn: A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.
- Having a strong work ethic as well as being reliable & committed
- Reliable Transport
- Previous Warehouse/DC Experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Voice headset experience desirable but not needed
- A Forklift License with high-reach experience is desirable but not needed
