About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to facilitate the entire lifecycle of our projects. From Project Start up, installation and a defect free handover to meet our customers’ expectations.
This role will primarily be responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from receipt to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with large builders and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our factory team to ensure production meets customer expectations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, Q.A requirements and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Proactively and promptly resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Managing Director and Construction Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all state, and federal regulations and building codes.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
About You
Essential
- Hold a current unrestricted driver's license and white card.
- Proven experience in project management within the aluminium windows and doors industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of manufacturing and installation processes.
- High level of consultative nature with internal and external stakeholders.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional eye for detail and quality control methods.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Innovative and proficient problem-solving skills.
Preferable
- Previous experience within the Glass and Aluminium industry.
- Sound knowledge of the National Construction code.
- Experience with V6, Aconex and Procore.
