Pick Packer/ Store person

Qualifications & Experience:
~Pick packing experience beneficial but not essential.
~Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products. 
~Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to comfortably interact with various stakeholders.
~Must have a high attention to detail, a fast learner with an enthusiastic attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
~Forklift license would be nice, but not essential.

Key Accountabilities:
~Assisting in the delivery sequencing of orders for packing and delivery.
~Assist others and cooperate with your co-workers and management.
~Accurately picking/ packing and processing stock for dispatch to Wholesale clients and online retails clients.
~Reconciling stock when completing orders to always ensure fulfilment accuracy.
~Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed, replenishing stock locations when required. 
~Assist with stock-takes and general stock control, including the assessing of damaged and returned goods.
~Participate in continuous improvement activities within service and contribute to improving process quality and turnaround times.
~Maintaining a neat and tidy appearance whilst maintaining a safe work environment.

Essential Criteria:
~Must have Australian work rights.
~Punctual and reliable.
~Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
~Physically fit and enthusiastic for work.
~Available for an immediate start.
~PPE: Must have steel-capped work boots and high-vis clothing.

~Monday to Friday 8am- 4pm - NO WEEKENDS
