AddressSmith & Co Recruitment are currently seeking Storemen and Warehouse Operators for our client located in Brendale who is an established leader within the Timber manufacturing and distribution industry.
About the Position:
- Casual full-time with view to permanency at 6 months
- Monday (6:00am to 2:30pm) Tuesday to Friday (6:00am to 2:00pm)
- Paying $34 per hour.
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading / unloading trucks
- Receiving and dispatching orders
- Forklift duties if licenced
- General manual handling
- Maintain yard and warehouse
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport
- Current Forklift Ticket desired but not essential
- Previous warehousing experience
- Ability to lift up to 20kg
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to work overtime if required
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Proven safety focus
- Two contactable work references
