Piling Operators, Offsiders & Labourers

Our client is a wholly Australian-owned enterprise with a vision to provide ongoing professional and technically competent staff at all levels, to offer clients the best foundation system for their site, properly installed at an economical price. The company operates throughout Australia and New Zealand and works on a wide range of challenging and rewarding projects.We are currently seeking experienced piling rig operators, crane operators, and experienced labourers. We work on a wide range of piling and foundation projects across Australia in both the building and construction industry and infrastructure works. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our project crews to safely and efficiently operate a wide range of piling plant and ancillary equipment, as well as general labourers to assist in project work. Both roles involve working in small crews and being able to demonstrate willingness and versatility to assist the team to complete the project on time and within budget.Experience required for rig operators:

• 2-4 years plus in the piling industry
• Ability to safely operate Casagrande, Bauer, Enteco, and/or Soilmec Drill rigs
• General Safety Induction Card • Dogman Ticket • Crane ticket preferred

Experience required for crane operators:

• 2 years min experience operating cranes – C1 or CO ticket
• General Safety Induction Card • Dogman Ticket

Experience required for labourers:

• 2 years plus experience in the piling industry
• General Safety Induction Card
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

To be successful, regardless of position, you must have:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to listen to and execute instructions in a high-risk environment
• Demonstrable track record of working safely
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Driver’s License and own transport
