Pipelayers & Civil Labourers

Work for a continuously growing company. In search of experienced Pipelayers & Civil Labourers for ongoing work across the state.

Collar Talent Group have partnered with various high profile Civil Contractors throughout South Australia. Their projects within the scope of works include but are not limited to road construction, SA water contracts, carparks and pipelines.
Civil & Asphalt Labourers:

• Bitumen and Civil experience
• Bulk Earthworks
• Detailed Earthworks
• White card
• Experience with stormwater / trenches (Highly Desired)
• Strong communication skills
• Able to be self-motivated and work unsupervised at times
• The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol and Pre-Employment Medical

Pipe Layers:

• Certificate 2/3 in Civil Construction (Desirable)
• Skilled in pipelaying (6months - 1 year experience)
• Experience in setting string lines and marking out excavations.
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Understand how to lay junctions, inspection points, thrust blocks, fire plugs, valve sets, set top stones, backfill materials
• White card
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol and Pre-Employment Medical
