We have 3 locations in South Yarra, Elsternwick and Spotswood.
Spotswood is open Friday 5-late, Saturday and Sunday 12- late
South yarra is open Tuesday - Sunday 5-late
Elsternwik is open 7 days 5-late
MUST have experience in all aspects of pizza making - from hand stretching dough to cooking in a wood fired oven.
Must have experience in a fast paced kitchen.
Duties Include:
- Preparing pizza dough including stretching
- Cooking pizzas in wood-fired.
- Removing pizzas from oven and preparing them for serving
- Ensuring that all the section are kept clean and tidy and maintaining oven and cooking utensils
- Coordinating with kitchen and service staff.
- Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
