Responsbility:-
- planning menus, estimating food / labour costs and ordering
- monitoring quality of dishes at all stages from prep to plate
- demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- preparing and cooking food
- explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- hiring and training staff
