In this tight knit team, you'll be working alongside chefs with years of knowledge to further develop your skillset. Key Responsibilities Include: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure Assist in the training of other chefs/apprentices/trainees to encourage excellent quality Liaise with Executive Chef and Sous Chef regarding work flow requirements. Familiarity with the requirements of the Food Safety Act and knowledge of the
Work Health and Safety Act. Communicate with, and support kitchen and service staff. Attend kitchen meetings as required.
