Maxima’s scope includes Temporary and Permanent Recruitment, Apprenticeships and Traineeships, NDIS plan support coordination and health services to people living with disability through Allied Health Services, First Nations Employment Services and Specialised Employment Services including DES, NDIS and employability training. The role
Your demonstrated experience as a Plan Manager will allow you to work independently with your customers to support them to manage their NDIS plan funds. In this customer facing role, you will need to have an exceptional customer-centric focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your attention to detail, speedy entry of invoicing and payments and your ability to juggle tasks are essential in this role.
Your ability to work outside the box and be involved in networking events, meetings and 1:1 engagement will help grow a thriving service offering for Australians living with disability.
This three-month, Full-time contract, can be based out of Hindmarsh, Prospect or Mount Barker
You Have
- Ability to work with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders, including people living with a disability, cultural diversity and language other than English, and be able to adjust ways of working to support best-practice inclusion and accessibility
- Exceptional communication skills (clear and concise written and verbal communication)
- Fast rate of accurate data entry
- Ability to juggle tasks and strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013
- National Criminal History Record Check (Police Clearance), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
- Evidence of an approved ATAGI COVID Vaccination or a valid exemption from the relevant government health authority
- You must hold a current driver's license and access to a car
- You may be required to undertake additional hours of work on an ad hoc basis, and willing to undertake intrastate and/or overnight travel.
- Bookkeeping skills would be advantageous in this role
