About The Role

This position is accountable for providing operational support to the Academic Quality Operations business area in relation to areas of planning, market studies, client satisfaction studies and forecasting the Chisholm’s training profile.

This role will focus on coordinating the Institute corporate surveys, supporting the business areas in developing training profiles and build capability across the business areas in regards to sustainable understanding of planning and corporate requirements.

The incumbent is a key and active participant of the Academic Quality team and provides support in regards to the distribution and coordination of internal and external surveys and the collation of information and data.

Your Key Accountabilities Will Be To

  • Coordinate the distribution and collation of corporate surveys including the National Quality Indicator (NQI) Learner Engagement and Employer surveys to meet Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) requirements
  • Coordinate and distribute internal service charter surveys and assist the team in collating and analysing the data
  • Assist management in preparing reports for each survey findings to contribute to the Chisholm strategy and achievement of Key Performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Board
  • Assist business area managers in the preparation forecasting the Institute Training Profile to enable informed decision making
  • Collate and format information from the annual Environment Scan to assist the team to analyse the data
  • Coordinate planning, review and research activities including maintaining a current and topical data and information collection, environment scanning and client satisfaction studies
  • Continuously improve processes and systems to ensure they meet requirements, standards, changes and growth demands
  • Undertake other duties such as preparation of trend charts and month end KPI reporting as required.
About YouYou will have relevant qualifications, skills and experience in:
  • Relevant degree or post graduate qualification in Business Administration, planning or related discipline and experience or substantial experience in a similar role
  • Experience in designing surveys, collating and analysing data and preparing reports on results and findings
  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring compliance or quality assurance within a business setting
  • Significant experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Extraordinary organizational skills with effective time management skills
