Fashion Sales Co-Ordinator

Role Description:

• Creating and maintaining purchase and sales orders to ensure delivery from receipt of stock to dispatch to our retailers
• Accurate data entry and processing information required for use on the company’s software platforms to ensure inputed orders and details are completed on time 
• Liaise with production and shipping departments to coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of stock to all customers
• Creating and updating budget and sales reports, running stock reports and weekly sell thru reports for the Sales Manager
• Liaise with all key stakeholders across the company, as well as, customers and retailers.
• Accurate processing of orders, articles, APNs, costing sheets
• Organising submissions for all buyer samples, ad samples and any other samples requested.
• General assistance with all of the Sales Manager's duties.

• Qualification in a fashion-based course highly regarded
• Industry based experience highly regarded
