Role Description:
- Creating and maintaining purchase and sales orders to ensure delivery from receipt of stock to dispatch to our retailers
- Accurate data entry and processing information required for use on the company’s software platforms to ensure inputed orders and details are completed on time
- Liaise with production and shipping departments to coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of stock to all customers
- Creating and updating budget and sales reports, running stock reports and weekly sell thru reports for the Sales Manager
- Liaise with all key stakeholders across the company, as well as, customers and retailers.
- Accurate processing of orders, articles, APNs, costing sheets
- Organising submissions for all buyer samples, ad samples and any other samples requested.
- General assistance with all of the Sales Manager's duties.

- Leadership skills in co-ordination of department
- Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and pro-active, with strong excel skills.

- Qualification in a fashion-based course highly regarded
- Industry based experience highly regarded
