The role
We are looking for an ambitious Engineer to lead the development and management of our water and wastewater hydraulic models.
As the Planning Engineer Modelling Lead, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical support and information to various stakeholders, including Asset Planning team members, Property Services, and Operations. Your responsibilities will span the development, advancement, and maintenance of hydraulic models, as well as the management of augmentation plans. You'll lead initiatives aimed at enhancing network resilience, all while navigating increasingly stringent regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure management, with a focus on water and sewerage hydraulic modelling, showcasing your expertise in this domain.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- A track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to embracing innovative solutions.
- Understanding of risk management processes.
- Understanding of the risks to water and sewerage infrastructure.
