We are inviting applications for a Planning Team Lead to join our Operations Planning team in Perth on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead an Integrated Activity Planning Team to create and optimise the Medium-Long Term Integrated Activity Plan.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Foster inclusive and high-performing teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, ensuring they deliver high-quality outcomes and consistent results.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for planning improvements and utilise site and offsite resources to develop proposals for stakeholder engagement and approval.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate all discipline/functional activities into a consolidated Integrated Activity Plan, scheduling activities while considering key constraints, production impacts, regulatory obligations, and safety risks/opportunities.
- Integrated Activity Plan: Lead the effective and efficient production of the 2-5-year Integrated Activity Plan.
- Planning and Scheduling: Oversee the planning and scheduling process, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to procedures and plans, and develop and publish in line with documented processes.
- Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities to enhance INPEX planning processes. Leverage both on-site and off-site resources to develop proposals for stakeholder engagement and approval.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold a qualification in a relevant Engineering or Trade discipline or have significant experience in a senior or lead planning role at an operating environment.
- Have broad experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in hydrocarbon/petrochemical facility operations, or similar heavy industry.
- Possess a sound understanding and experience in Integrated Planning to consolidate and integrate functional plans into a single Integrated Activity Plan.
- Demonstrate proven interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence decisions with diverse stakeholder groups, both vertically and laterally within organisations.
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Are strong communicators in spoken, visual, and written formats.
This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
