Due to our current growth, we are seeking to appoint a Plant Administrator on a 4-6 month fixed term contract based out at Wandoan QLD commencing in July 2024
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of day to day site activities, coordinating all aspects of mobilisation/demobilisation of the project.
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following:
- Arrange mobilisation and demobilisation of plant, equipment, stores, and vehicles
- Maintain and update registers & records for all plant and equipment.
- Invoice management; goods receipting, purchase orders, reconciliation and raising requisitions
- Arrange delivery of materials, parts and services as requested
- Preparing status and statutory reports as required
- Providing all round administrative support to the team
What do you bring?
In addition to the above, we require an individual with;
- Minimum 3 years + experience within a finance or procurement discipline
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite
- Previous knowledge in purchasing and goods receiving within a construction environment.
- Must have construction induction card
- Able to work on a fly in/fly out basis and industry standard work cycle on a FIFO 21:7 roster
- Strong communication skills with an aptitude to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people.
