About the Role
Due to the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth we have an immediate requirement for a Plant Administrator to join our client on a full-time role based in Toowoomba.
An overview is below
• Track the movement, maintenance, and repairs of all plant across the group.
• Coordinate regular stocktakes of all assets in storage and in use on projects annually.
• Administer insurance claims for all plant.
• Monthly Reporting for plant utilisation.
• Track the movement, maintenance, and repairs of all plant across the group.
• Administer company services by ordering, maintaining, tracking, and processing accounts for fuel cards and E-Toll tags.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Administration role within the Construction sector.
• Intermediate to Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Previous exposure to working with plant and equipment is desirable.
