• $200K - $250K + bonus / profit share / future equity
• 5 days per week, normal 8-5 office hours
• Tier 1 and 2 Contractor clientele - CPB, Thiess, Lendlease, JHG, BMD, Rokon, Winslow, Downer etc

You must be/have

• 5+ years local Plant Hire Business experience
• Experience dealing with Tier 1 & 2 Contractors such as CPB, Thiess, Lendlease, JHG, BMD, Rokon, Winslow, Downer etc
• Confident using Asset Management Software and MYOB ERP
• People Management experience
• Financially minded and Strategic
• A detail oriented person
• Confidence in your ability for Business Admin and Operations End to End
• Have a stable career history
• Driven, energetic, passionate, resilient
• Friendly, team oriented, autonomous
• Able to not take yourself too seriously and enjoy your work as you do it
• Wishing to be rewarded for your hard work by further progressing your career and transitioning into Directorship
