Plant Mechanic - Field Service

Showcase your diagnostic expertise and join the team at WesTrac as a Field Service Agricultural Mechanic in Griffith.Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you utilising your product knowledge and advanced diagnostic skills to offer high-end support to our customers with service and breakdown solutions. These roles require a high level of autonomy and an ability to problem solve. Our successful candidates will ensure all repairs, preventative maintenance and inspections are completed to Caterpillar standards whilst championing a safety-first approach to everything they do. A Field Service position with WesTrac will challenge you whilst giving you exposure to a large range of Caterpillar machines such as excavators, skid steers & loaders.Roster & Remuneration

• Monday to Friday, dayshift only
• Overtime available
• Potential earnings from $129,000 - $170,000 + tool of trade vehicle + phone + laptop

• Australian recognised mechanical trade
• Caterpillar product knowledge and maintenance experience
• Excellent diagnostic and repair skills and a strong commitment to service excellence
• Excellent attitude to your work, and dedication to safe work practices
