As an industry leader and employer of choice, we're Made for More.Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking experienced Plant Mechanics, Heavy Diesel Vehicle Mechanics & Fitters to be based from our Casula Branch in the General Workshop and New Machines workshop.Successful applicants will join a high-performing team that ensures customer satisfaction, technician productivity, efficiency, safety, and workshop housekeeping. You must be driven, motivated, and goal-oriented, and able to work safely.Roster and Remuneration

• The roster for this position will be Monday- Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm. Shift work is available for discussion for suitable applicants.
• The hourly rate for this role will start at $43.58

*Rate above is a base rate only. Each candidate will be assessed based on competencies, skills and experience.What we're looking for

• Mechanical trade qualification
• Heavy Industry experience is desirable
• Unrestricted Drivers Licence
• Familiarity with Caterpillar surface mining or construction equipment (desirable)
• Solutions focused mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Close attention to detail and ability to perform tasks to meet Caterpillar quality standards
• Team oriented with proven ability to meet set deadlines
