Our Plant Mechanics enjoy the benefits of working on quality late model equipment and duties include:
• Ensure a high level of customer service and communication.
• Supply technical expertise and assistance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide a high quality standard of workmanship, diagnosis and reporting.
• Provide detailed service reports (incl photos) covering complaint, cause and correction.
• Generate required technical reports such as service reports, damage reports and others as required.
• Willing to undertake any training/development activities as directed by a member of management team
• Other tasks as directed by members of the management team, this includes filling in for External or Internal Maintenance Co-Ordinator when/if required
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven knowledge of a wide range of construction equipment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant qualification and previous experience working on Heavy Machinery and Plant
