A Resident Field Service role with WesTrac will see you utilising your diagnostic skills to troubleshoot, repair and service a range of Caterpillar equipment for OEM customers. With a high level of autonomy, our technicians work to provide a service like no other! Proximity to site will be taken into consideration throughout the application process. Key Responsibilities Performing repairs, maintenance and inspections on a range of customer equipment Diagnosing and reporting for preventative maintenance Autonomously providing solutions, service and satisfaction to our customer Liaising and building a strong customer base and providing timely product support Documenting work and completing any required documentation Scheduling jobs and ordering parts as necessary Roster Monday – Friday, 6.30am – 3pm, dayshift only 8 Hour…
